Personality: Felicia is often helpful, resourceful and charming both in and out of the office. She often spends her free time volunteering in events to help support children and the homeless. Though her job is as a secretary, she is there by choice and not because she can not get a better job. She enjoys writing and organizing and finds ways to be helpful in things that encompass those activities. She takes pride in her looks and is not afraid to flirt to get what she wants.

History: To the best of her knowledge, Felicia's mother died in child birth of her and her twin brother Fione. Both children were raised by her father, a one Mightous Velvet who owns the paper where Felicia now works. Her brother and her were kidnapped when little along with many other Mobieans during Robotnick's many attack on the world. Her brother was robotized but as she was about to be, the freedom fighters came to the rescue of those captured in the raid. With the last bit of his sanity, Fione turned to stop the others and buy the freedom fighters some time to escape.
She spent two years of her childhood not speaking because of the event. The rest of her life however passed with out major incident however because she was unable to save her brother she tries now to save others who might have lost their way.
