Oh you evil Taxes! We need to have a talk. While I enjoy this economic package it reminds me that I'm in that percentage that is just not making enough. Well it could be worse I won't deny that right now things are rather good. I have a stable job that I like. I have a decent pay flow and having the extra bit coming from my art projects while studying for my multi engine rating, my notary test, and for project manager. And somewhere in there I want to get my masters. Mostly just to go back to CUD and take Howard's job. (Hi Gracey!)
But I think it will have to wait another year as getting new glasses, a new bike, and I need an iron. I thought about getting an anvil but well an iron will work for throwing at the Jehovah witnesses that seem to be stalking me. Kidding, it's just for ironing on the logos for the hockey team jerseys. Looks like I'll get to play again soon.

The Great Calendar Project of 2008 is under way. Thought I'd update you all! We have A FULL CREW and I'm ready to get this dog and pony show under way.
||DEAD LINES||
-->Ideas and Concepts: Ideas need to be submitted for approval no later than April 2nd. I'll remind you all a week prior so you won't miss the deadline.
-->Sketches/Update: I would like a progress report and some physical form showing you are working on your approved idea by July 10th
-->Finished Works: August 30th
-->Open Orders: Sept 5th through October 30th
-->Shipping: No later than November 30th
||SUBMISSION RULES||
Art needs to be print quality meaning no less than 300dpi and please no more than 600dpi or size adjusted if text
Submissions should be between 8 x 10 or 8.5 x 11 landscape for print size.
Original or smaller version needs to be posted to your deviant page so I can link to it to help promote the works.
I need permission from each artist to alter, print, and sell their art. Please see statement below for more.**
I would like to know what name you wish to have on the art and if you would like a link on it back to your deviant site or another web site.
**Alterations would only be size for placement on the calendar and the edition of a name, user name and website to help credit your work. Color, subject or any other aspect of the work will NOT be altered. Printing release is just so I have permission to copy original art and last selling. Let me be very very clear. I don't make money of this. Prices listed are the price it will cost for me to produce and in most cases ship to potential buyers. I fit the bill for the 12 that I give to all that participate in the calendar project. It's my holiday gift and a way to promote my company as well as up and coming artists. But as they will be sold I do need each artists permission to do so at the final prices that will be listed as it gets closer. If anyone has any questions, I will make my expense record available on request.

Still open and going strong! MadMouseMedia has added to it's line up "CHIBI CHARMS" which were featured and a big hit on my other gallery so I thought I'd offer it here. The charms are made out of a tough plastic and are no bigger than a postage stamp. Pricing for them is usually about 1$ to 2$ and includes a durable string to attach them to a zipper or phone. Commissioned charms will be 5$ total and buyer pays for shipping. I can also turn existing art into charms depending on supplies and the art. PM me for more or e-mail me at MadMouseMedia@gmail.com

Ever feel that there are great artist out there that just don't get the attention they deserve? I do so I'm making a section for people who Deviantart might never put on the front page but still are fantastic in their fields. Support the movement and add it to your own journal! Share the love! Here are my picks: (changed often)

Sorry to hear that. Although, what he said doesn't make much sense. I won't get into semantics though. Just let me know if you want to talk or something.

Tom: What happened?
Karen: My hip popped!
Tom: You're too young to have your hip pop, and too old to celebrate hip hop.
